Byos Secure Embedded Edge™ has completed Dell Technologies' Certified Factory Integration (CFI) process. Customers can now order Dell laptops with a Byos NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Retransmission Device pre-installed at the factory, ready to deploy on arrival.

Installed in the laptop's WWAN slot and fully decoupled from the operating system, Embedded Edge replaces the native Wi-Fi as the sole trusted gateway for network communications. It protects users across public, home, and mission "Black" networks, and removes the need for aftermarket installation.

  • Designed to meet the Retransmission Device and Hardware Isolation requirements of NSA's CSfC Mobile Access Capability Package (MA CP) v2.8
